- Full-time 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from an AICTE recognized institute.

- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC/MOBC – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs, Ex-servicemen – as per norms
