Himachal Para-Shuttler Aman Thakur Wins Gold in Uganda
Aman Thakur, a para-shuttler from Chamba in Himachal Pradesh, secured a gold medal at an international para-badminton tournament held in Kampala from July 1 to 7.
Representing the Chamba District Para Sports Association, Aman achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first athlete from Himachal Pradesh to win a gold medal at an international event.
Congratulating him, Ajay Sharma, founder and secretary of the association, praised his outstanding achievement and contribution to para-sports.
