📌 Important Instruction

Candidates appearing for the interview must bring ALL ORIGINAL TESTIMONIALS along with self-attested photocopies in chronological order for verification.
Non-production of any required document may lead to cancellation of candidature.

📋 List of Documents to be Produced (Original + Photocopy)

1. H.S.L.C / H.S. Admit Card / Mark sheet / Pass Certificate as proof of age.
2. H.S.L.C. Mark sheet and Pass Certificate.
3. H.S.S.L.C. Mark sheet and Pass Certificate (if applicable).
4. Diploma Mark sheet (all semesters) and Pass Certificate (if applicable).
5. Degree Mark sheet (all semesters) and Pass Certificate.
6. CGPA to percentage conversion Formula of the respective institute/university.
7. AICTE approval of respective institute/university.
8. Permanent Resident Certificate / Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
9. State Government Employee of Assam must submit No Objection Certificate from their respective employer OR Permanent Resident Certificate / Employment Exchange Registration Certificate as domicile proof.
10. Caste / Updated PwBD certificate / Ex-Servicemen Card (if applicable).
11. BPL candidates must submit BPL card reflecting the name of candidate (if applicable).
12. Declaration Form A (May be downloaded from APSC’s website).
13. Candidates with documents having inconsistencies in name, father’s name etc., must be supported by an affidavit addressing and affirming the correct details (if applicable).
14. Any other documents relevant as per advertisement.

📅 Intimation Letter

No separate intimation letter will be sent by post.
Intimation letters will be uploaded on 02-06-2026 on the APSC website www.apsc.nic.in.
Candidates must download their own intimation letter from the website.
