Aeroplane Basmati Rice Maker to Launch ₹440-Crore IPO on March 24
Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar Exports, the company behind the Aeroplane Basmati Rice label, has announced that its ₹440-crore initial public offering (IPO) will open for subscription on March 24.
The Haryana-based firm’s public issue will consist entirely of a fresh issue of shares, with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component included.
According to the company’s schedule, the share allotment process is expected to be completed by March 30, while the stock is likely to make its market debut on April 2.
