Assam Public Service Commission has officially released the syllabus for the Screening Test (OMR based) for the post of Junior Engineer under Soil Conservation Department.

The syllabus was notified on 13th March 2026 via Memo No.8PSC/CON/Exam-13/2025-2026 and Memo No.9PSC/CON/Exam-13/2025-2026.

Exam Pattern Highlights:
• Two Papers – Each 100 marks, 2 hours
• Paper-I: General Knowledge (Common for all)
• Paper-II: Civil OR Agriculture Engineering (100 MCQs)
• Part-A is common. Civil candidates → Part-A + Part-B
• Agriculture candidates → Part-A + Part-C

Total Marks: 100 | 100 MCQs | Time: 2 Hours

Part-A: Common for Both Civil & Agriculture Engineering (60 Marks)
