Indian Mountaineer Scales 7 Volcanic Summits in Record Time
Bhupathiraju Anmish Varma, a native of Visakhapatnam, has entered the Guinness World Records for achieving the fastest time to climb the highest volcanic summits on all seven continents.
He completed this remarkable feat in just 92 days, 4 hours, and 45 minutes. His journey began on October 23, 2024, from Mount Elbrus and concluded on January 23, 2025, at Mount Sidley.
This achievement highlights his endurance and determination, as he successfully scaled the tallest volcano on each continent within a record timeframe.
